Now onboarding pilot agencies in Australia

Every enquiry qualified in seconds. Every hot seller called first.

Enquiwise reads each web enquiry the moment it lands, spots appraisal-ready sellers and landlords, writes your agent a summary and a draft reply, and files it all in your CRM, so no listing goes cold over the weekend.

The problem

Your best leads arrive when nobody's at the desk.

Agents are at open homes, appraisals and auctions. The seller who asked for an appraisal on Friday night calls another agency on Saturday morning.

One messy inbox

Buyers, sellers, renters, landlords and spam all land in the same pile, and someone has to sort it.

Slow first replies

Appraisal-ready sellers usually go with whoever calls first. Hours matter, and weekends are worst.

Copy-paste admin

Retyping every enquiry into the CRM eats time your team could spend on the phone.

How it works

From enquiry to action in three steps

Enquiwise sits between your website and your CRM. Your team keeps working the way it already does, just faster.

An enquiry arrives

A buyer, seller, landlord or renter fills in your website form, at any hour.

Claude qualifies it

Intent, urgency, suburb, finance status, a 1–10 score, a summary for the agent and the recommended next step.

Your team acts

The contact and notes appear in your CRM, hot leads ping the team on Slack, and a draft reply waits for approval.

Knows who's asking

Buyer, seller wanting an appraisal, landlord, renter or spam, sorted the moment the enquiry arrives.

Scores what matters

Timeframe, finance and intent drive the score, with sellers and landlords prioritised.

HOTWARMCOLD

Agent-ready summaries

One clear paragraph and the next best action, so the first call starts in the right place.

Drafts in Australian English

Personalised first replies your agent approves. Never sent automatically, and checked so they don't quote prices.

Lives in your CRM

HubSpot today. Other CRMs, such as VaultRE, AgentBox or Rex, can be scoped depending on their API access.

Filters the noise

Spam stays out of your pipeline, duplicates don't trigger repeat alerts, and manipulation attempts are held for review.

Why trust it

Built to be trusted, not just demoed.

Plenty of agencies don't trust AI to make decisions about their leads. Fair enough. So Enquiwise is tested like it matters, and a person always has the final say.

284

Automated tests

Every release is checked for AI outages, spam, prompt injection, duplicate submissions and privacy leaks, not just the happy path.

40

Realistic test enquiries

A fixed evaluation set, including messy ones with typos and mixed languages, used to measure accuracy. Accuracy report coming soon.

A human in the loop

The AI drafts and prioritises. Your agent decides and sends. Nothing goes to a client automatically.

Fails safe

If the AI is unavailable or unsure, the lead still lands in your CRM, flagged for manual review. Leads are never dropped.

Privacy

Your clients' details stay out of the AI.

Designed with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind. The AI sees what it needs to qualify the enquiry, and nothing more.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Is Enquiwise a finished product?

Enquiwise is in early access. The core system is built and tested, and we're onboarding a small number of pilot agencies to tailor it to real enquiry flows before a wider launch.

Which CRMs does it work with?

HubSpot today. Other CRMs used by Australian agencies, such as VaultRE, AgentBox or Rex, can be scoped. What's possible depends on the API access each CRM provides.

Does it reply to clients automatically?

No. Enquiwise writes a draft reply for your agent to review, edit and send. Nothing goes to a client without a person approving it.

What happens if the AI gets it wrong or is unavailable?

Leads are never dropped. If the AI is unavailable, unsure, or the enquiry looks like a manipulation attempt, the lead is saved and flagged for manual review. Accuracy is measured on a fixed set of realistic enquiries.

Where is our data processed?

Your CRM stays the source of truth. Enquiries are analysed with Anthropic's Claude API, and phone numbers, email addresses and surnames are removed before analysis.

What does it cost to run?

The AI usage itself is typically a few cents per enquiry. Pilot pricing depends on your setup and CRM, and we'll talk it through on a short call.
